GAILIC is a youth-centered leadership and empowerment initiative committed to raising a new generation of service-driven leaders through mentorship, advocacy, leadership development, civic engagement, and community impact programs. At GAILIC, we believe leadership is not about titles, but about influence, responsibility, service, and creating opportunities for others. We are passionate about equipping young people, especially women and students, with the confidence, skills, and platform needed to lead meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

• “The Obaatsen Summit (Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Summit)”: A women’s leadership and empowerment summit focused on inspiring, equipping, and connecting young women to opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development.
• The Queen’s Conversations: Seeks to bring together women of influence
and distinction for honest, intimate and thought-provoking conversations that goes beyond public recognition to explore the human stories behind leadership, achievements and service.
• Campus Engagement Programs: Collaborative activities with student leaders and women commissioners across tertiary institutions to promote leadership, mentorship, advocacy, and youth participation.
• Volunteer Network: A growing community of passionate volunteers who support GAILIC’s vision through advocacy, digital engagement, outreach activities, and community impact projects.
